This beautifully furnished home is located in the gated community of Palermo West in the prestigious master planned community of Seven Hills. If you're not familiar with Seven Hills it’s one of the best communities in the Las Vegas area. This Seven Hills home is a single story three bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage with a hot tub, BBQ, 73' Flat Screen TV, and washer/dryer in a gated community.
The kitchen has breakfast bar and is fully equipped for your convenience. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 42' LCD TV and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser w/mirror and TV and the third bedroom has a trundle bed that provides two twin beds when you pull out the lower bed as well as a flat screen TV. Including the sofa bed in the living room the house sleeps 6-8 people comfortably.
This wonderful rental house is fully furnished with sheets, towels, dishes, glasses and everything you need to make yourself right at home. It also has high speed wireless internet and a HP 6600 printer/copier/scanner/fax and unlimited local and domestic long distance phone service so you're never out of touch.
It has a partial mountain view and a peak of a strip view from the back yard. The house has no rear neighbors and has a gate in the back yard for access to the walking trail and the nearby park. This home is often visited by the local rabbits and quail and it's not unusual to see a coyote on the hill behind the house.
