Luxury family and guests home with private pool and garden, located in the middle of Dolus village, just in front of the fresh market place and close to all shops. Dated 1850, this private house was just fully restored by owners, both architect and builder, with respect of local history, using exclusively high quality and reclaim material for a mixed of history and modern decoration. Fully furbished and equipped, you will enjoy the 4800 sq f interior living space as well as the 5000 sq ft exterior in the hearth of Dolus village and just 2 km from the nearest spectacular ocean send beach.

Tennis club and aquatic and fitness center are located just five minutes walking from the house. The Golf club of St-Pierre less than 5 km. Internet WiFi, TV, heated pool and maintenance daily by maid will complete our offer. Just enjoy the place and your vacations in a high luxury property.

    From reservation time to 30 days before check-in, penalty of 30% of total amount;
    From 29 days to check-in time, penalty of 90% of total amount
    No show, penalty of 100% of total amount.

    At booking time, 30% NOT-REFUNDABLE down payment by swift transfert
    72 hours before check-in, 70% final payment by swift payment transfert

    Security damage deposit : Guests are responsible for the accommodation furniture during their stay, therefore, a security deposit of € 4.400 (weekly) is required at check-in time (only check or cash).
    It will be returned at check-out after an accurate check of the accommodation. In case of damage(s), management is authorised to keep the deposit, up to the value of any damaged items.
