New!! New!!!! Just purchased last June

Had a great time. Comfy beds and good pillows. The extras like beach towels and cart for the beach were appreciated. Beautiful view of beach and very large balcony. Excellent location. The water is shallow very far out and did not have a big drop off. We will try to go back and bring the grandkids as the water is shallow enough for kids to play but deep enough to have fun. This was the 1st time we took our little dog with us on vacation and she really loved the beach and water.

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo from 8/18-25/2012 and we had a wonderful time. Not only was the condo nice and clean and beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, the patio was amazing and where we spent a lot of our time. What made our visit even more fun for us was that we were able to bring our two little shih tzus with us. They loved being on the patio and looking down at the pool and watching people on the beach. There was also a designated area on the grounds where we could take them to potty. This was nice since it rained non-stop the first three days of our vacation. Roger was so wonderful to deal with and immediately responded any time we emailed or called. Eventually the sun came out and we actually stayed two days longer than originally planned. We had a very nice relaxing time and this condo was so convenient to Pier Park and many places. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a nice place to say. I must add that the carts were a plus in helping unload and load our luggage upon our arrival and departure!! Thanks Roger for such a great place!!

This condo was as beautiful as the pictures showed. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. Loved the surround sound, big balcony, and the soft comfy beds. I loved some of the little details...lots of beach towels to use...the wagon provided to use for groceries and the beach. In fact, we bought one when we got home. The condo was very clean. We loved our stay. Thanks for everything! We saw lots of stingrays from the balcony the week we were there.

PS. We drove a van with a carrier on top and had to unload our van before we went in the garage because there was not enough clearance for it. The security guy was very nice and they stored it in their office until we left. This wasn't really an inconvenience, just an FYI for other travelers.
