Welcome to our listing and North Padre Island for your interest.

We offer a two bedroom two full bath home including a washer/dryer and cozy kitchen well equipped with just about everything you need to prepare an island style meal. Porcelain tiles floors run throughout the entire home to keep things clean and cool and create an island like atmosphere. The furnishings are modest and simple for comfort and ease of use. The main living area houses a 50' flat panel TV, DVD player and sound system. The refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer and central air conditioner are under 5 years old.

The open living, dining and kitchen area make for a great way to host family and friends. The master bedroom provides plenty of closet space . Linens are provided as well as various other items.The Island is a great place for those small weekend getaways.

There is sufficient parking for 5 cars on the concrete driveway.

The unit is located close to most island activities and is minutes away from many water sports.

Wonderful Getaway

The house was just as it was described and pictured. It was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family. We had my husband, boys 12 and 16, daughter 9 and I. There was more than enough space for us all.

This was our first time to stay in a home versus a hotel and we will only stay in KB's home when we visit Corpus from now on! It had the space we were looking for. It was quiet, close to the places we wanted to visit and KB made it easy to pick up and drop off the keys.

All in all a wonderful, stress free trip. We will be back.

Perfect family vacation rental!

We stayed at this property from 3/9 - 3/12/2013. This property was wonderful for our family- 2 adults, 2 teenagers. The first thing you note is how immaculately maintained the property is kept, inside & out. The decor is sleek & modern and very comfortable. We really appreciated everything the kitchen came equipped with, particularly the coffee machine as we are coffee fanatics. The property comes equipped with most anything you could need, which is so helpful for a traveling family. As any parent of a teenager will attest, having 2 separate full baths is an extra-special plus for this property and was invaluable for us. The description of the property's location could not be more accurate- very cute, very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around & the neighbors all seemed very friendly. While the property is on the beach, with a beautiful water view from the front porch, it is only a short drive to the more habitable parts of the beaches that are more populated. We loved how close in proximity we were to everything fun! We would highly recommend this property- worth every penny & a million times better than a hotel!

Three Weeks of Comfort and Fun

My husband and I stayed in this lovely house for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute! The house was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was very quiet and the sunrises were spectacular out the front window. Great birdwatching in the tidal pools out front, especially in the early morning. Shopping and restaurants were nearby and easily accessible. Many historic sights within a 2 hour or so drive. The National Seashore and Mustang State Seashore were just over the bridge and OH MY....they are the most beautiful and natural beaches we have ever seen! You can drive on the beach for 60 miles if you want to or walk and walk. This was my favorite part. KB was a wonderful homeowner....we'd stay again!

Beaches, golf, good restaurants. and a great house!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our 10 night stay at this property. The home is very clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and spacious. How many times I must have said, "I could live here!" We felt the location was very good...golf course and the beaches were minutes away.The view from the front screened porch was nice. Watched the sunrise, saw lots of water and different birds on the shore. The street is indeed very quiet, but close enough to the main road to get to the huge grocery store,HEB, and restaurants quickly.
Connected to wifi easily, and when we couldn't get the tv to work, the owner contacted Time Warner promptly and got it going.
We would definitely stay in KB's home again when staying in Corpus Christi.
