This two-story home is 2,400 sq. ft. with a 2 car garage, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, loft, 2 fireplaces (2 Duraflame logs provided), vaulted ceilings and plenty of room. It is completely furnished with 6 king-sized beds (sleeps 12+). The home is located on a large lot in secluded Meadowlakes Subdivision next to Trout Creek, Cold Creek and Christopher Meadow. There are plenty of biking and hiking trails nearby. The home is 3 1/2 miles from all major casinos, 2 1/2 miles from Lake Tahoe and 2 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort.
