Rebuilt from the ground up in by Haddonfield Develpoment, a 1920’s storybook cottage comes to life which will only keep improving with age, as the roses climb up the southern facing exterior. The western exposures over Three Mile Harbor will always provide glorious sunsets and the views will entertain you like you are sitting at the mouth of a harbor, which in this case you truly are. Enjoy one of the three distinctive outdoor living spaces and decide if sun or shade is your fancy today. The afternoon southerly’s will ensure that even on the hottest of day’s you will be able to enjoy the refreshing harbor breeze. Possibility to dock your own boat up to 45' yacht for additional fee.

All new top of the line appliances, gourmet kitchen, 3 zone central air, designer furnished inside

This is one of the few properties in East Hampton with a floating deepwater dock. Possibility of keeping your own boat right at the house for an additional fee. Great fishing and clamming minutes from house.

What a treat! Your home is a diamond in the rough.. a true jewel. The views were magnificant. House was clean and suited our needs to perfection! I can't get back again soon enough. Thank you for it being true to how described!

We had a great time at your house, enjoyed the wonderful salty air, the summer breezes and the hammock! Maybe next time we will bring our boat. My Wife tried paddle boarding at the rental shop down the way from your house and ended up doing it three more times.

Your house was clean and tastefully done. We look forward to returning.
