Condo, 2 Bedroom, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6) Oceanfront, accepts credit cards

If you have ever stayed at a “TLC Condo” property you know the quality and comfort the owners put in all their vacation properties. This property is oceanfront on a public beach. It has a heated pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts and sauna. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a washer and dryer right in the condo.

It has been beautifully redmodeled. You will feel you are right on the beach with the fantastic ocean view from the 26 foot balcony and the colors inside mimic the colors outside. There is new sand colored carpet and aqua tones throughout. You will feel like you are at the spa. There is all new living room and dining room furniture and TWO new flat screen TVs, a 42” in the living room and 32” in the master bedroom.

Our one bedroom is also on HomeAway #167639.

You know you love the extras that we offer. Luxury and complete relaxation await you in the master bed and bath. Couples will love it. Romance is about being Pampered and that is what we do at TLC Condo! It has a King size pillow-top mattress and ocean view from the bed. The ocean view is so romantic especially in the moonlight. There is a 32” HDTV so the adults can shut the door and escape to their own private escape. The master bathroom has new marble tile with a unique basket weave with aqua accents. It includes an oversized marble shower and Lands’ End Bath Sheets. This master bath is wonderful!

The second bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king size bed with memory foam toppers. It’s like having two master bedrooms for couples or a separate oasis for the kids with its own TV and DVD. It’s perfect for couples or a family. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room, where you can enjoy the ocean view and the sounds of the sea. The 2nd bathroom is a Full Bath with tub/shower. Adults and kids have their own bathroom, so everyone can get ready at the same time.

This is not just a condo; it’s a complete resort with Ocean Front heated Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Tennis and Basketball courts, Free national long distance calls and Wi-Fi. There is something for everyone to enjoy here. We are right on the ocean; kayak, fish, surf, swim and beachcomb right in front of the condo. We are centrally located; you can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and enjoy drinks or dinner in a restaurant over the ocean. The Port at Cape Canaveral is just a few miles away with all its fun and lively restaurants and world famous Ron Jon’s is just minutes away.

Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame at Cape Canaveral. It’s just 15 minutes away. Visit Canaveral National Seashore and Photograph the wildlife. Make sure you visit historic Cocoa Village for its unique shops and excellent restaurants. We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and the attractions (Disney, Sea World, Universal, etc.).

There is WiFi in the condo so you can bring your laptop. The library is just two blocks away and they have internet access with printer to print your boarding pass. The Resort has an Oceanside heated swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Tennis courts and Basketball courts. Jump into the crystal clear pool and enjoy the hot tub and sauna. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances. The condo and surrounding property is absolutely Gorgeous, in amazing condition, well-furnished, and well-kept.

While on a travel contract I was blessed to stay in this beautiful condo with ocean view from the living room and balcony. Upon arrival the condo provided all necessary amenities. This nicely decorated condo was very clean and well maintained.
The complex has key access to pool, hot tub, and sauna (which keeps trespassers from entering). It has been very quite and convenient during my stay.
I've caught snook from the beach, rode my bike to Jetty Park along the oceanside, walked to Cocoa Beach Pier during sunset.
The owner has been wonderful following through from check-in to check-out making sure my stay was exceptional.
Highly recommended!!
