Two bedroom condo tastefully decorated with leather couch and easy chair, and well-crafted SW style dining table and chairs. SW style bedspreads, dressers, tables, lamps, etc.

We're two blocks from DeVargas Mall, a complete shopping venue with a fine supermarket, restaurants and a good movie theater.

The downtown Plaza is a mile, easy walk or drive, public parking.

About Sally Howard

I purchased 304 when the owner told me he was going to sell. I'd been visiting Santa Fe for about 3 years and always stayed in 304.It took me seconds to make the decision.

I typically drive to Santa Fe once a year around April/May and spend a month and then either in Sept/Oct or Christmas I'll fly down for a shorter visit. I cannot imagine just visiting once - there is so much to see and do. One of my best times was when I walked from Alameda and St. Francis through neighborhoods and the city taking pictures of Santa Fe 'art'...doors, gates, fences, mailboxes. It's amazing how art permeates Santa Fe. Don't miss the overpasses and retaining walls on Highway 84/285 going North.

I live in Boise, Id, most of the time, and moved in 1970 from St. Louis. It became home the minute I arrived. When I'm asked 'where did you grow up' and standard reply is 'I grew up in Boise and moved there when I was 30'. It's so true! Santa Fe and Boise are oddly similar in weather and convenience. Boise also has a ski area 16 miles away and great outdoor activities. I recommend visiting Boise too.

Why Sally Howard chose Santa Fe

It's home, it's comfortable and it's convenient! DeVargas Mall is just across the highway and has everything you need - grocery store, Hastings, great Pizza shop, movie theater, dress shops, drug store, excellent restaurants, etc. Taos, Opera and Tesuque are just north.

I've made it 304 home and hope you'll feel the same. If there is something more that you think it needs just let me know.

What makes this condo unique

My favorite thing about 304 is the balcony and the view. I have seen more rainbows from the balcony in Santa Fe then all of the rest of my life combined. The cloud formations that pass over are truly amazing.

We had a very pleasant stay at your condo. Having an elevator at your door is a big plus for older people. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. I especially liked the pocket doors to offer privacy in the bedrooms yet opening up to extend the living space in the condo. Scott was very helpful with directions and understanding of our situation with an ailing traveling companion. This is definitely on our list for the next time we are in Santa Fe.

Anniversary Inn

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with a weeks stay at the condo in Santa Fe. The condo is particularly well situated to old town, shopping, eateries and very accessible. Morning sun streams in from the balcony, the view is picturesque, and the condo very comfortable and decorated in all things Santa Fe. Can't imagine a better introduction to this southwest gem of a city. Really too many things to explore in just one trip. We will return and thanks so much for the great introduction to Santa Fe.

My husband and I had the best extended weekend stay in Santa Fe! We really enjoyed the condo, its location is exceptionally convenient! It is well maintained and cleaned. Although, we did not cook, it appeared the kitchen was fully stocked. As it was a bit cold during our stay, we did take particular notice of how well the heat worked. Additionally, there are many dogs residing in the other condos (don't worry you don't hear them at all and everyone is very respectful in picking up after their pets) but it was great as we had our dog - so, there was usually someone for her to greet and play with when we went outside. Overall, the condo was fabulous and communication with the owner was perfect! thanks for a fantastic stay! Hope to stay there again in the near future!
Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind remarks. Since I can't be there as often as I'd like I'm happy when "guests" appreciate the condo. Did you and your dog find the great dog park just up the street. It's a wonderful place with nice views of the Santa Fe area.

Great condo, great location

having lived in Santa Fe 4 years, we knew the location would be good. However we were very impressed by the cobndo. It was decorated in the best of Southwestern style, had a pleasant courtyard (bbq grills for the summer) and spacious balcony. What made the place shine were all the homey touches - fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps and toiletries, hats and jackets should you be caught unawares, books and board games, and a basket full of great guide books on the area. Te hosts were very organized when we rented the codo, sending us te directions, door code and some favorite spots to eat and wonder. This was true gem!

Condo is just as described

We spent 3 days here in late October. Condo is just as described. It is very clean and decorated in a southwest style. It was very convenient to the local mall, to historical downtown and to points north of Santa Fe. It looks just like the photos!
I would recommend to friends and family!
