5 Bedrooms And 5 Full Bathrooms, Sleeps 12

Charming 5400 sq. Colonial Estate nestled on over 9 acres. As you enter through the massive Iron Gates, you will drive up to your Perfect Getaway with 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. On the main floor you will find the dinning area and formal living area with a nice Piano. Private office next door, and a beautiful gourmet kitchen with a Thermador stove with 6 burners, two ovens and boiler. Directly in front of the kitchen is the family room with a 65' TV. Also downstairs is bedroom #1 with a queen bed and own full bathroom. Two separate staircase will take you upo to the Grand Master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom/jetted tub. Next door you have bedroom #3 with a king bed and own full bathroom/jetted tub, across the hall you have bedrooms #4 and #5 with a full bathroom in the middle (Jack & Jill). Upstairs you also have the Game room, with pool table , foosball table, poker table and two 42' TV's to watch your favorite team. As you exit through the double doors to the back yard you will find your own personal Resort. 70 foot long Rock waterfall pool with jacuzzi, slide and kiddie pool, barbeque bar area with gas grill, side burner, fridge and natural wood burning fire place. Across the lawn you have your own 900 sq,6 hole putting green! . This estate is simply a true perfect getaway! Sorry no weddings or events on site.

I don't know where to start!!! This place is amazing & the pictures are TRUE to the property! All 5 room are big & the bathrooms are lovely! We did a quick Valentines/ All-Star Weekend getaway (Thur - Sun) & I wish we could have stayed longer! Everything worked well; we loved the free wi-fi. The putting green was nice, as was the pool and the outside grill. I wish we would have went while the weather was warmer! I LOVED cooking w/ the double oven 6 burner stove on the inside! Oh and the game room...FUN! We only left the property once to go to the grocery store. Also for those of you who like to workout, like me & my friends....running the drive way a few times is a nice workout! John is AMAZING to work with and VERY helpful! You couldn't ask for a better person to rent from! We hope to return at least once a year! OH AND VERY IMPORTANT ...... THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN!!!!!

Owner, John, met and gave us a thorough walk through of the property, which was very helpful. The house and grounds are magnificent and our family of 12 were easily accommodated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly want. Spent time in the hot tub, barbecuing, lounging by the pool. Younger crowd had a ball in the game room, and sports fans loved the huge TV for NFL playoffs. We had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend this home for family gatherings!!

Perfect Thanksgiving Retreat

The family thought we would try something different for Thanksgiving this year. Surfed the web and found this perfect spot. Scenic drive and passed several wineries to this house. Even the short drive on the dirt road that leads the house added a Mediterranean feel the property. We had three small families that stayed the night. The rooms accomidated us all perfectly. No wait for the bathrooms either. We had an additional two families that joined us on Thanksgiving Day. There were so many areas in and out of the house that we were able to sit back and relax and not bump in to each other. The ladies loved cooking in the spacious kitchen. First time I didn't hear a complaint of it being too small. We had perfect Southern Cali weather. Kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and bbq area. We all enjoyed playing the bocce ball and horse shoe games that we brought. Wouldn't have needed the games because of the game room on the second floor. Great time playing pool, foosball and cards while watching the football games on the two TVs in the game room.

John was very personable and informative about activities in Temecula. He answered all our questions and even made himself available in helping us hook up our Wi-Fi to our laptops and phones. We took his advice and had a great time wine tasting at a couple of the local wineries he recommended. We were able to enjoy walking and shopping in "Old Town" Temecula too. Missed out on the casino this time. Thanks for having a beautiful, clean and comfortable house for our family to enjoy on Thanksgiving holiday.

What A Family Getaway!

Where do I begin?! This place was beautiful. The house was very spacious and clean. Huge, huge pool kids would not get out of. The huge outdoor fire place was a hit also. The backyard is big and green with many places to just sit and relax. Inside the kitchen is beyond words, large fridge, the stove even made me want to cook! Large cozy living room with fireplace. The rooms are very spacious and clean with their own restrooms. This a place where I would most definitively come back to. John is a pleasure to work with. Thank you John for such a wonderful place!!
