The apartment if fully equipped with TV's in every room and living room, has cable TV and internet. Furniture and accessories are new, it has air conditioning in all rooms as well that will make you feel fresh and comfortable after enjoying a hot day at the sun. It includes a parking space in front of the apartment entrance for your convenience. Swimming pool, laundry and a billiard pool table next to the swimming pool.
Is a private neighborhood, thus is quiet and relax. Only 250 steps from the best beach in Ocean Park (only 2 minute walk inside the neighborhood). Named one of the top ten beaches in the World for Kite Surfing. Instructors available upon request for Kite Surfing and Wind Surfing.
If your interested in riding bike, there's a bike trail that takes you all the way to Old San Juan which is approximately 8 miles round trip. Bikes can be rented in the area. Everything you'll need is at walking distance, thus car is optional. You can specified your interests before arriving to the island and we'll send you all the necessary information.
