Fantastic Home with all the special extras!

We have rented very many homes along the coast of California from north to south. This is definately a favorite! The beds and the bedrooms are absolutely luxurious. The bathrooms are beautiful also. The entire house is so nicely appointed and roomy, that you have many places to get away from if you need some quiet time. We did use the washer and dryer and now I am going to have to upgrade mine! We take our grandkids on a mystery trip each year, somewhere near the beach. We came to this wonderful home for this years trip. The kids are 11 & 13 and they loved it here. They would have loved a pool, but we went to the beach so many times, that they didnt really miss it. They felt like royalty in their luxurious bedrooms! They also had a great computer to use to play games and such, which did occupy some of their time also. The Owners were so pleasant and provided all the extras, which many places I have rented have missed on that one. Rex and Karen were so kind and really went over and above to provide special things for our personal stay. Everything in the house worked beautifully. They had everything for the beach, towels, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand tools and even the ice chest! We felt very comfortable and at home here. We did cook several meals and had great working pans and dishes to have lovely dinners and breakfasts. Including linens and placemats, everything! We will be returning soon with some friends to enjoy some of the adult attractions the area has to offer. Really, look no further, for the reasonable price and all this home has to offer. This will be a favorite!

Great Place!

This is a great beach house. We were in town for a family event and needed a place to stay. We split the cost between three families (my parents, my sisters family, and my family) and it was just as economical as renting a regular hotel room. The house is super cute and a really fun environment for everybody.
We hosted a few family barbecues of the house while we were there, and it worked great. There is a charcoal and an electric grill available and plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Since we had kids with us we appreciated that the whole outdoor area was fenced in.
This is a great place for kids. We had in our group a five-year-old, a three-year-old, and a one-year-old. As mentioned above there was plenty of space for the kids to run around outside. We were surprised to find out that they had a pack and play and a nice highchair available for us. There was also a washer and dryer, which we did not end up needing, but it was nice to know it was available in case of spills.
We appreciated the little details that made this house really convenient. The owners had great customer service, and were able to recommend lots of things in the area to do. We took them up on a restaurant recommendation (Miguel's) which was about a five-minute walk down the street. We also liked that they had boogie boards available for us to use, beach towels, and little things that you often forget but need on a trip like a permanent marker, or extra sandwich bags.
The parking was a little weird on the day before Easter. Somebody else was having a party so there was no street parking and we had to fit our big fan into the very skinny driveway. Other than that there was always enough parking.
I would recommend this property to anybody, and I would definitely go back. The next time I would like to stay a few more days to have more time to just relax and wander into the nearby shops.
