Kite Beach Inn is a family owned beachfront hotel located right on Kite Beach in Cabarete, the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. Our oceanfront property gives you the easiest and most direct access to Kite Beach. Kites can be launched directly on Kite Beach off our property.

Kite Beach Inn provides modern amenities allowing you to be as active or relaxed and comfortable as you wish. You can chill out on our many lounge chairs around the swimming pool and on the wood deck, connect to the real world via free high speed Internet, eat and drink at our beachfront restaurant and bar, play beach volleyball or rent water sport equipment. Kite Beach Inn has a large diesel backup generator for 24/7 electricity and a communal kitchen. Kite Beach Inn also provides concierge service, maid service, paid laundry service and on-site security.

Our one bedroom apartment was renovated in March 2012. The bedroom has an ocean view balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Kite Beach. Facilities include free high speed internet, full kitchen, modern bathroom, 1 queen and 1 single bed (another single bed can be added at no extra charge upon request), digital cable TV, 2 air conditioning units (1 in living room and 1 in bedroom), and custom wood furniture. Same-day paid laundry service is also available.

Kite Beach Inn offers an exceptionally beautiful beach vacation with 4 kilometers of beach front for taking walks or horseback riding trips. Guests can also do excursions that include waterfall tours, zip lining, scuba diving, canyoning, wake boarding, sea and river kayaking and other fun adventures. While Puerto Plata (POP) is the closest international airport, some guests fly into Santiago (STI) or Santo Domingo (SDQ). We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up at all three airports. The flat taxi rate from POP is USD $35, USD $100 from STI and USD $200 from SDQ each way.

Kite Beach Inn is a 25-room oceanfront hotel located right on Kite Beach. Kite boarders from around the world come to Kite Beach for kite boarding or taking kite boarding lessons. Kite Beach Inn can arrange kite boarding lessons for you through our affiliated IKO certified kite boarding school. All instructors are IKO certified and all kite boarding and safety equipments are included in the price. Our affiliated kite boarding school has been in business for many years. Our school is where kite boarders from all around the world come and train to become IKO certified instructors.

At Kite Beach Inn, you have the easiest and most direct access to Kite Beach. Kite Beach Inn provides a casual, friendly and fun atmosphere where guests can make friends easily. Many guests enjoy surfing in the morning and kite boarding in the afternoon. Guests also enjoy the vibrant Cabarete nightlife with many clubs and restaurants located along the main beach in downtown Cabarete. Guests can also play beach volleyball or rent stand up paddle boards or kayaks on premise.

Payment is accepted via PayPal (5% handling fee). PayPal cancellation policies are as follows:

- Full refund if cancel 15 or more days before check in.
- 75% refund if cancel 8 to 14 days before check in.
- No refund if cancel 1 to 7 days before check in.

Fees And Taxes A 25% deposit via PayPal is required to secure your reservation. A PayPal invoice for the balance of 75% rental fee will be sent to you 7 days before check in. This invoice needs to be paid in full via PayPal before check in. Kite Beach Inn does not accept credit cards.

For all long term rentals, a 25% cash security deposit is also required at check in.
