During SXSW are rates increase to $2000 nightly. The downtown condo is situated in the heart of the city and SXSW. The space is a quick walk to the convention center and just 2 blocks from 6th st. I also require all guests during this special event to sign a short term lease agreement that you can see before your reservation is made.
