The cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 room with a soaking tub and a bonus room

Austin Heaven is a beautiful cedar log cabin sitting on 20 acres in south Austin. The cabin is so close to town but seems worlds away when you are there. Enjoy this spacious 1000 square foot home, full kitchen with amenities, a large soaking tub, a loft bedroom and downstairs bedroom, bonus room ,living and dining area, wood burning stove, central AC and heat, and a record player with an extensive vinyl collection. Outside the cabin is surrounded by large pecan trees that provide lots of shade. You can sit in the rocking chair on the covered front porch, or enjoy the gas grill and view from the back porch. We have picnic tables under the shade and a large cedar log swing set to play on. We also have a small pond on the property, 20 acres to explore and a fire pit to cozy up to at night while you star gaze.

Austin Heaven Cabin is a beautiful cedar log cabin sitting on 20 acres in south Austin. This tranquil home is just 20 minutes from downtown but seems to be a world away. You'll have a great spot for a weekend getaway or a quiet place to work or escape during your visit to the city. Our location is situated perfectly between Downtown and the Hill Country. You'll be close to great nightlife, amazing live music, The Salt Lick..the best BBQ in Texas, the Texas wine country for wine tasting and vineyard tours, and some of the most amazing natural swimming holes this area has to offer, including Hamilton Pool and Barton Springs. Zilker Park is our beautiful city park just 20 minutes away. This is a great spot for hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, biking, rowing and canoeing. The cabin is also situated just 5 minutes away from The Velowway...a great spot for biking and roller blading.Cyclists love the area surrounding the cabin for long bike and motorcycle rides with great views and roads that seem to stretch on forever. Lady Bird Johnson's Wildflower Center is also a 5 minute drive from the property and well as Grey Rock Gold Club. Austin Heaven is situated just 5 minutes away from the new Alamo Drafthouse Center....a very unique Austin experience. You can have a meal and drinks served at your seat while you watch a movie and enjoy a cocktail at their tequila bar...400 Rabbits. For stocking up on supplies during your stay you can visit the newly open Whole Foods Market just 10 minutes away at Arbor Trails. Barton Creek Mall is less than a 20 minute drive too.
