Welcome to this beautiful 500 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom lock-off apartment attached to a house in the desirable Lake Dillon community. This home sleeps four, well-trained pets are allowed, and there is a fenced yard providing your furry friend with lots of safe play.
The living room features a gas stove, flat screen TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to cook a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four people.
The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a television. It has its own access to the full bathroom that features a pedestal sink and walk-in shower. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The location of this apartment can’t be beat. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains from the living room windows and just outside the front door, plus you're conveniently located between Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Vail.

Buy your discounted lift tickets from the kiosk at the grocery store or online. Kids Ski Free is another gimmick designed to make guests believe they’re getting a deal when in reality they’re paying higher nightly rates and an “amenities fee.” When you do the math on total cost of stay it turns out it’s not a deal at all.

**Fenced yard for well-trained pets
Great location for us to have one parent drop off the family to ski and get back to the big apartment and do some business work on the wireless internet provided. Also liked for a small fee we could bring our dog with us.
We chose this condo because it is pet friendly, but we should have paid more attention to other reviews of the property. The property is clean and has nice furnishings, but there is absolutely no sound proofing between the main house. We could hear every noise from the other part of the house, including music, footsteps, washing machine and heater fan. We spoke to the rental company and they said that when you rent a condo you should expect this. This condo desperately needs some soundproofing. WE WILL NOT RENT HERE AGAIN!
The apartment is in an excellent location. However, the actual apartment is very noisy. We arrived early and were charged 20 dollars to check in 3 hours early at 1. This was in the contract, but I think it is a bit silly to nickel and dime customers when the apartment was sitting empty and ready. We have stayed in many vrbo properties and this is the 1st time we have been ever charged to check in a few hours early. I regret checking in early as the owners of the house had major hot tub work going on which was extremely loud in the apartment. We couldn't even stay after we had paid the 20 dollars.
Overall the apartment was tidy, but the carpet is very dirty and worn. The couch is also extremely worn. It was difficult to sleep because we could hear the tenants upstairs and the constant on off of the hot tub. (The master bedroom wall is next to the hot tub). Needless to say, we left the apartment before 7am to head home to get some sleep.
My husband, two kids and two dogs decided to plan a last minute family getaway to the mountains for a night and were so happy to stumble upon this little gem that has it all! Pet friendly, awesome location, beautiful views, really nice and accomodating property management team, and so relaxing. Definitely would recommend to anyone, especially those with pets as it's not an easy (or affordable) task to find a place where we can bring our four legged friends and still afford to go out to eat. ;) And the best part is, you can literally walk to Pug Ryan's and Arapahoe Cafe!
We stayed here two years ago with our dog. Our first visit was enjoyable enough that we decided to book again. While our stay began well, it did not end well. We discovered that the microwave did not work (although the management company did offer to replace it right away); the rug obviously needed cleaning; one leg on the coffee table was broken and unstable in its repair; the tenants could be heard walking upstairs, coming and going, and we could even hear their music and their muffled conversations, etc. If you want privacy or your own dogs to not bark in response to their dog, find another place to stay. The location is nice--Dillon lake is only a few blocks away and it's a great place to walk our dogs--which we did often. The view from outside the front door is wonderful. We are close to the outlets, the grocery store, Fresno, and Breckenridge. A final positive is the improved parking space since our last visit as they've added on and increased landscaping. While the place has suited its purpose for use these last two visits, we think we will search for a place with more quiet and privacy next time.
Master bed is comfortable, couch bed is NOT. Kitchen is nice. Nice décor. Great location. (LOVE the Italian restaurant on the corner). Bathroom door doesn't close all the way, no washer and dryer and microwave doesn't work all that well.
All in all...a good place to stay.
