-2 nice size bedrooms, both with queen beds and a very comfortable Lazy Boy queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

-Master bedroom has a small room attached that would be perfect for a crib, which we can provide.

-Formal dining room sits 6.

Very warm and comfortable with stylish decor.

Wonderful Place!

My husband and I just returned from Austin and wanted to share our experience. This is a charming bungalow in a wonderful location. Great area to walk for shopping, restaurants and all things Austin! We arrived on a Sunday and took a quick trip to Whole Foods and then settled in for a great week in Austin. Page, one of the owners, was very friendly and was available for anything we might need, which was nonexistent because everything we needed was there for us...sans a good knife, but hey, everything else was very clean, very peaceful and every room carefully and meticulously decorated. If you need a rental, look no further because this place is perfect in every way...Thank you Page and Kristi for sharing your lovely home with us!

Home Away from Home

This was a perfect, smaller house in a great area for, well, everything. We stayed for SXSW, which frankly is all over the city. I thought it'd be a little far away, but I was wrong. In walking distance to everything.

Plus - the place was adorable! Very clean, comfortable, provided everything we could have asked for. There were three of us and it was very spacious, never felt cramped or on top of each other. I will definitely stay here the next time I go to Austin!

My wife and I stayed at this very cozy and immaculate home in early February 2013. It was just as advertised and a perfect location in SoCo. The owners are very nice and attentive. This was our fourth one week stay in different homes in Austin and this was the best of the best. Not only would I recommend it to others we will be back next February.

Comfortable Modern House

I had a wonderful week long stay in this charming house in the heart of desirable Soco area! First of all, Kristi was very flexible on my check-in and check-out times, and she was always available for questions, etc.. The home is a beautifully decorated gem for a home-away-from-home stay. I would choose this accommodation experience over any downtown hotel any day! It is an excellent option for couples or a family on a budget. The beds and linens are extremely comfortable, and the house has everything one would need for a vacation or private/fun getaway. The bonus is that the home has a very large backyard and a charming front porch for relaxing or people watching! Upon arrival you will notice a book of area attractions and Kristi's personal food and shopping recommendations all in walking distance. I really enjoyed going for a walk around town lake each morning and grabbing a coffee at Joe's on Crongress Street along the way. I highly recommend this rental and I look forward to returning in the future!! Thank you Kristi!

Excellent Place

The place was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. The owners were available and helpful. There was extra parking in the back and on street. Close to many sites in Austin. The neighborhood was very quiet. Our stay included 5 people and was comfortable for all. The only missing piece was a microwave, but there was everything else. Great stay for us all!! Would highly recommend it!!
