This beautiful villa is only a short drive to all the major theme parks in the area, It is 10 minutes to Magic KIngdom and the thrill of Mickey and Minnie and friends.

There are numerous restaurants,shops and very good golf courses in the area. The retail outlets are only 20 minutes away to snatch up some of the wonderful bargains that are to had in Orlando and there are more opening all the time.

The villa itself is a true home from home with everything you will need to have a superb holiday. It is fully air conditioned and there are also fans in all the rooms.New 50inch HDTV, public areas newly tiled, freshly painted. It has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer,cooker,dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery provided.

In the utility room there is a washer and a dryer.

We offer FREE PHONE CALLS (National & International) WI FI

Master Bedroom has king size bed & en suite with huge walk in shower, double washbasins and separate W.C.

There are patio doors leading directly to the pool & flat screen T.V & DVD player.

The Queen size bedroom has a flat screen T.V. and DVD player. It is located directly opposite the shower room which also opens out to the pool area.

There are 2 twin rooms also with TV and DVD players, also a Play station games console. These 2 bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom

The pool has an extended deck area and a brand new 6 person hot tub

The games room has a slate bed pool table,an air hockey table and twin basketball net as well as a fan and table & chairs

Pool Area

The deck is extended to give everyone plenty of space. There is also a hot tub there. LED light fitted in pool to give a fun atmosphere.

Childrens Facilities

There is travel crib, high chair, baby bath, baby play mat, sterilising unit. All Free Of Charge.

There is also a Playstation 2 console with 2 controllers and several games.

We also supply tennis raquets,volleyball etc. 2 fishing rods & 2 sets of golf clubs Free Of Charge.

Orange Tree is located 2 miles North of Hwy 192 West on I-27 - approximately 9 miles from the Disney theme parks.

There is a tennis court, basketball court and children's playground. Orange Tree is so named because it is in the middle of an orange grove.

There is an abundance of restaurants only 2 miles away on the 192, grocery stores & pharmacies are within 2 miles.

As well as the theme parks, Lake Louisa Park is only 10 minutes away. It offers Cycling, canoeing, Kayaking, Fishing , Hiking/Nature Trail & Wildlife Viewing.

Such a fantastic villa and equiped for every eventuality. The hot tub is a wonderful idea to ease away the tired limbs after a long day at the parks.


Moira was a wonderful host and nothing is too much to ask. We would love to visit again.

We have been renting Villa's for 14 years and this was perhaps the best. The location was near the attractions and parks with some great restaurants close by. The hot tub was used daily as was the pool, the pool heat was perfect after the first day. Although we did not use the golf clubs they were a great addition that we have never seen in other rentals. We had a great time and plan to go back next Feb.

We stayed in this villa in March 2010 for 3 weeks, and will definitely go back there again,

As a regular visitor to Florida for our yearly vacation, we have stayed in numerous villas around the area, but have to say this villa was one of the best we stayed in, and will be back again

The home was spotless throughout and we found it was well equipped with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, after a long day out at the parks.

The free internet access was handy for communicating with back home(so bring your laptop)

The games room was a godsend when we had a relaxing day at home or when it rained on the odd occasion

The pool was fantastic, one of the best we had, and the pool heating was excellent, and kept the temperature perfect.

The hot tub, was super for easing those aching bones after a long day, and very relaxing.

The location, is ideal for shopping, restaurants, the estate was tidy and very quiet, there is a new Publix being built 5 minutes away as well.

This villa is ideal for catering for the youngsters and the oldies, definitely a place to spend your vacation in Florida I would place it in the 9 out of 10 bracket

We’ve just returned from a great stay in this villa. It was ideal for my family, my husband and 4 kids. The villa was exactly as stated and we really enjoyed getting back to it after a day at the parks[good location for same] to relax in the hot tub, have a dip in the pool and play in the games room. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Orlando
