4 bedroom, 2 bath family home in prime location, large deck, great yard, fully furnished (most furniture is new). In addition to the 4 bedrooms there is a bright, fully appliaced kitchen, dining area & living room with ocean views, a family room with a wet bar, and laundry area with a washer & dryer. All bedrooms have brand new comfortable mattresses & linens. There is also a sofa bed that can sleep 2. This house is very neat and clean and very cute. It also has off street parking. Includes the use of 4 beach passes for the week & all new linens.

In the Heart of Narragansett Pier! Walk to Narragansett Beach, short drive Roger Wheeler Beach, Salty Brine Beach, Scarborough State Beach, and the Block Island Ferry. Centrally located to Newport, Wickford, Jamestown, Mystic Seaport, and 40 minutes to Foxwoods, Twin Rivers and Mohegan Sun casinos.

Narragansett offers many activites throughout the summer including movies and concerts on the beach, dancing at the Towers, fireworks, carnivals & festivals, Blessing of the Fleet, the bike path, fishing, and great waves for surfing. Soak up the 'rays' and listen to live music on the deck at the Coast Guard House Restaurant overlooking the ocean! Come and enjoy all this wonderful beach community has to offer!
