Spend a relaxing morning having coffee on the deck while you watch the dolphins and other sea animals play just a few yards away from you. Be mesmerized by panoramic views of the beautiful Malibu coastline as far as the eye can see in every direction.

The living area features a full wall of glass facing the ocean. Every view from the open concept living room and kitchen is a postcard perfect view. Satellite TV is included for those nights when you just want to stay in and cuddle up on the couch, with the fireplace lit, and watch a movie.

The beautiful master bedroom features an attached sitting room and an on-suite bath. The house is located three miles from downtown Malibu where there are boutiques, restaurants, and places where you can rent surf boards, kayaks, and other beach equipment as well as go Horseback riding and on winery tours/wine tastings. Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Street Promenade are only 4 miles away for a larger selection of restaurants, shops and a great mall. Venice Beach and other Los Angeles destinations are as close as a short hop on the highway.
