This fabulous condo overlooks the sparkling turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Just steps from your door you have the choice of relaxing poolside or take the private boardwalk to the beach. Updated and upgraded, condo amenities include Tempur-Pedic and top of the line Stearns & Foster beds, Pottery Barn furnishings, flat screen televisions, Blu-ray and DVD players, X-box, HBO, WiFi , fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer.

This condo is conveniently located close enough to the heart of Port Aransas, yet far enough on the island to help you achieve the carefree glow of the often elusive 'Island Time.'

During the day you have several options for adventure close to home. Among the many activities you have to choose from are deep sea fishing, dolphin watching or even parasailing. At night you can enjoy one of the many restaurants Port A has to offer or simply relax under a blanket of stars.
Why Tracy Keller chose Port Aransas

I was born in Texas and have many fond memories of trips I took with my grandparents to the coast. I lived several years in Northern Virginia until I returned to Texas in 2006. Throughout the years, I stayed in several beach rentals on the East and Gulf Coasts. I noticed a common thread between many of them- a very high price tag with a level of value that fell far below the amount I was paying. Many times I had to clean and check the properties for safety before my family arrived. I decided I would buy a place at the beach where I and like-minded people could vacation.

What makes this condo unique

This property is located halfway between the Mustang Island State Park and Port Aransas. You have water views from both the front and back of the condo. Gulf views are visible from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom. I love being able to watch the sunrise on the Gulf and the sunset over the bay. I have spent many hours relaxing on the balcony watching birds fly by while listening to the sound of waves rolling in. Access to the pool and beach is so close that I don't have to put on shoes to walk to either one.

This property was very comfortable. The beds and balcony furniture were excelent. The description and photos were very accurate, in fact the pool is even bigger than it looked (thou sadly it wasn't heated). This clean "white" condo is beautiful and easy to clean. I have recommended this condo to many other people. We enjoyed many restaurants; loved inferno and Trout St. Tracy is always available and is very helpful, even helped me out in San Antonio. We really enjoyed our vacation here. Thanks for everything.

This unit is over the top in comfort. Everything is there for your convenience. Balcony furniture is extremely comfortable so you can really enjoy the view of the ocean. I would highly recommend this unit and plan on staying again soon!

We had a wonderful weekend. The condo is beautiful and comfortable.The listing pictures are accurate. We travelled with a small child and it was so convenient to have a pack and play, highchair and beach toys available. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and relax. The pool is excellent for small children. I have already told several people that they need to stay here in the near future.
