The Casita is located 11 miles from miles Tucson AZ, sits of 10 acres and borders Saguaro Natl. Park East and is surrounded by pristine desert. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the Master B/R has a King bed, and en-suite Bathroom and glass doors that lead out to the covered patio,and a large walk in closet The Guest room has a Queen bed and balcony that overlooks the Rincon Valley there are2 large closets. The kitchen is a fully equipped, eat in kitchen that can seat 6 adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area(seats 4) and Living room there is a large hand crafted, stone fireplace-flat screen TV (Dish Network) DVD player and internet. (Central AC and Heat) Outside you will find a large wrap around, covered porch with 360 degree views, BBQ and large entertaining area. Wonderful place to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer are located in the full car garage, along with a doggie door that leads out to a fully enclosed area for Fido, if he or she will be going on vacation too.There are numerous hiking, biking, and horse trails at your fingertips as is abundant wildlife. This is located in a rural setting with dirt road access. 'Pure Country' quiet and beautiful!!

About Patricia Scott

Chris and I live on the same property about 400 feet away from the Casita, the Casita and our home cannot be seen from each other. Chris, my husband is a custom home builder so both homes were custom built by us. We have one horse and one mule Chris does pack trips as a hobby. This property was part of a 1000 acre working ranch, the old ranch house is still being lived in and has been recently re-modeled. It is a beautiful place to live Chris and I (Pat) have 2 sons 2 daughter-in-laws and 2 Grandchildren.

This property is in a unique area, with amazing views, peace and quiet yet not to far from everything (11 Miles to Tucson) there are hiking, biking, and horse trails, abundant wildlife all right at your finger-tips. This is the perfect place to kick your feet up and relax or go for a walk in the wash and find Indian pottery, or visit an old homestead.

What makes this cottage unique

The first time I saw this area it was instant love, there are 4 Mtn. ranges all visible from any room in the Casita, amazing sun-sets from the balcony, we always see wildlife, and above all the serenity that this area brings to you. Not to mention the beautiful hand crafted touches that the Casita offers, open beams in the kitchen, dining and living room the beautiful stone fireplace, have all be chosen and hand crafted and built by us.
