House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 10)

Welcome to our Beach House ' A Cottage by the Sea' located at the north west corner of Terramar beach entrance and FM3005 with a Great view of the beach being located right across the street from official state Beach access with no homes directly in front of ours that would block this incredible view. Newly re-modeled in 2013. It has all new Kitchen cabinets, dining table that fits 8 comfortably, seating includes a recliner, New Large sectional that will double as a comfortable nook for naps and an occasional unexpected guest. There is a remote controlled ceiling fan and a remote controlled electric fire place that warms the great room nicely. New microwave, garbage disposal, stainless steel kitchen sink. The kitchen cabinets have upper and lower dimming lighting that sets the mood in the kitchen.

The dining room and Great room also have chandeliers that dim for wonderful romantic moments. 3 newly remodeled bedrooms that feature all new mattresses and bedding, all new flat screen TVs in all 3 bedrooms and a new 42' Sanyo flat screen TV in the great room. Dish Satellite TV is provided for all 4 TVs. New bathroom fixtures and tub in the front bathroom and a standing shower in the bedroom area bathroom. All new laminate flooring in the great room, dining room, kitchen, down the hall and all 3 bedrooms. New 18' ceramic tiles in the entry way, bathrooms and Laundry room. Both bathrooms, dining room and great room have Chandelier lighting. New counter tops and sinks. The yellow room is shabby chic and has a new Queen sized pillow top mattress with a spacious closet, 4 drawer chest, 2 night stands, beautiful quilted bedding with ample pillows, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The blue room is shabby chic and has a new Queen sized pillow top mattress with a spacious closet, 4 shelf chest for ample storage, 2 night stands with 2 drawers each, beautiful quilted bedding with ample pillows, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The bunk room is Surf's up styled and has 6 new twin sized mattress with a closet, 6 drawer chest for ample storage, beautiful brightly quilted bedding with ample pillows, flat screen TV and directional lighting. This home features 3 showers including the outside shower down stairs. New 12'X24' deck with New brightly colored Adirondack chairs, 2 elevated brightly colored deck chairs, New White Vinyl deck and stair railing installed in 2013

About Gary Greene Vacation Rentals

Kim and I bought the home in 2012 as a weekend retreat. A place to recharge our Batterires. The beaches are quiet on the west end and we love it here.

We own a company called RedLineMusclecars.com we buy sell and trade 1950s-1960s and 1970 Muscle cars, Corvetes, Camaro GTOs Chevelles and Roadrunners to name just a few.

WE are both in a our 50s and we love life and good christian values.
