Our townhome is ready for you and your family to enjoy with a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and linens. We invite you to explore all that the Orlando area has to offer including Disney and other major attractions. Then, feel free to unwind in the resort pool / hot tub or just enjoy your family on the balcony soaking up the FL sun.
About Rick & Dianah Bogan

We recently purchased our home as a vacation oasis for our 3 kids; ages 13, 8 and 2. We plan to vacation here at least 2-4 times a year and thought it would be best to buy. We want to share our experiences with you, our guest. Dianah works with a local company in Human Resources and Rick works as a construction contractor specializing in remodels. We love to hike, bike, explore, Cub Scouts, and have good quality family time.

Wisconsin is known as having harsh winters and FL seemed like the perfect vacation spot for us! We absolutely love Emerald Island resort. It's extremely quiet, has incredible amenities and is extremely close to Disney and area attractions. We also found that we always visit FL during the Christmas holiday so we are grateful to be able to purchase a home of our own.

What makes this townhome unique

Quiet, close to the pool, low travel costs, special family touches that we add, close to amenities (Discovery Cove being our favorite), all in-kitchen needs for in-home family meals, lots of space for extended family - just to name a few :)

Wonderful Home Away From Home!

My family and I recently stayed in this home and had a wonderful time! It was very clean and well maintained! It was so convenient having a laundry room in the house! The home is located within 2-3 miles of several restaurants and we were able to get to Disney within 10 minutes. The house had several games in the house for the kids to play and we were just around the corner from the pool and play ground. The owner was very easy to get in touch with was always very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We would love to stay in the house again and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Home was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. Also was just a 30 second walk to the community pool which was nice. My only issue was the master bedroom mattress. It was so worn on one side it was nearly impossible to have 2 people sleep in it. Other than this everything was great.
Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your feedback! We take pride in our home and will be on vacation visiting our home in the next few months. We will ensure we address the mattress and replace. We too, love the quietness of the community pool - a true vacation! Thanks again for staying with us.
