Our kitchen has a fabulous island and has everything you need to cook you will feel like you are a chef in a gorgeous kitchen. All stainless steel appliances are (Viking brand). Double wrought-iron & glass doors open to an elegant 2-story entry with grand staircase & 2nd floor balcony. Come celebrate your special occasions with us, at Encino Estate Villa. We host weddings for up to 150 people for a fee of 4,500 for the wedding event and a overnight stay at the villa. We charge 1,500 cleaning fee for all wedding events..

Our best trip ever!

When we arrived to this beautiful villa I couldn't believe it... It was more beautiful in person and Jessica, our host, was there waiting for us. From the time we arrived until we left she was always asking us if we needed something, I never met someone so caring about their guests, every need, as she was with us...when we arrived to the Encino Estate Villa, tired from our flight from South America her fridge was filled with goodies and drinks and snacks and even had a gift card to Starbucks... We loved the house, it was so comfortable, so clean and the pool was amazing it didn't sting our eyes.. Jessica said it's a salt water system great for the kids... Our kids played on the sports court everyday, we were close to universal studios and great resturants, this was a great family trip... With such a gracious host like Jessica we felt like royalty...we want to come back soon. Thanks for everything, this was one of our best trips ever!!!
