Nestled atop a sand dune focused towards the warm waters of Nantucket Sound, this impeccably clean, contemporary beach house sleeps 10 to 14. Stupendous water views from throughout the house. Exquisitely landscaped with Cape Cod hydrangeas, lilies, and roses border a carpet of lush green lawn ideal for children to play on. Catch the ocean breezes on the large waterside brick patio which functions as an outdoor family room with picnic and barbeque area. Two sets of bedrooms with full baths on the two first floor wings of the house. Upstairs is a deluxe master suite with private bath. A sugar sand beach is a few small steps away down a boardwalk, making it easy for kids to run back and forth to the water where they will want to swim and play all day. This beach-oriented neighborhood boasts some of the most beautiful homes in Harwich and this house is no exception. You’ll relish jogging, walking or biking around the streets here.

Swim right in your back yard. Fish on a party boat or rent a sailboat. Take the ferry to Nantucket from nearby Saquatucket Harbor. Fish on the bridges over the Herring River. Rent bikes and ride along the Cape Cod Rail Trail from Dennis to Wellfleet. Race a go cart at the track at the intersection of Rte 28 and Rte 39. Burn calories on the trampolines. See how good a hitter you are at the batting cages or how good a bumper boat captain at the bumper boat flotilla. Dine at the many fine restaurants in Harwich and Chatham, or enjoy a root beer float at the local A&W. Play golf at one of the finest public courses in the US, Cranberry Valley, or play at one of the best and oldest beginner courses in the US, the Harwich Port Golf Course. Play miniature golf. Play tennis or go antiquing. Look for old books in a used bookstore or sit in the Brooks Free Library, admire the Rogers' groups, and read the New York Times. Swim at a fresh water lake (Long Pond).

A spectacular home for vacation! We felt like we were at a private beautiful beach resort property! It was so hard to leave - coffee each morning on the beautful patio overlooking the Nantucket Sound, then steps to our very own beach! It was truly spectacular! This home is so clearly loved and well cared for, and we were so lucky to have been able to share it with our family! We cannot wait to return next year....Thank you! Thank you!
