360 Golf Club Drive is an exceptional 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bath home overlooking the 13th green on the Santa Rosa Golf Club in Santa Rosa Beach. This bungalow-style compound of three buildings includes a main house, executive office and exercise room, and an additional guest quarters. The large great room in the main house has a tiled gas fireplace and an adjacent wet bar with a refrigerator and ice maker, perfect for entertaining. In the gourmet kitchen there are signature appliances, Mahogany cabinetry, and granite countertops. However, the large outdoor kitchen is where you will find yourself doing the majority of your cooking.

A Dacor cook station grill, two burner stove top, two warming drawers, U-line refrigerator and the breath taking view of the sprawling greens make for any chefs dream cooking space. Spend the warm summer nights outside on the beautiful deck space or relax in the private hot tub after a long day of golfing. Come stay at this beautiful vacation home and make life long memories the whole family will never forget.
