This immaculate three-story home has a private pool and Gulf views from it's spacious second and third floor balonies. The main level features a gourmet kitchen, spacious living room , and powder room that opens to a private patio off of the pool area. The 2nd level offers 2 generous bedrooms with private baths plus a media room and balcony that overlooks the Emerald Coast. The top level features two master suites with spa-like baths: garden tubs and separate showers and an additional balcony with Gulf views.
