This magnificent home is conveniently located one mile east of Seaside, just a short bike ride to Seaside or Watercolor. The Retreat comfortably sleeps 16 guests with 5 spread out bedrooms, 5 baths, plus a large playroom with a ping pong table and sleeper sofa - the kids will love this room!
After a wonderful day at the beach, relax at your own private pool and watch some of the most breathtaking sunsets anyone could experience.
The first floor has a bedroom with a king bed, a game room with a ping pong table and queen sleeper sofa. Walk out to the private pool area and grill out with the whole family while enjoying a dinner outdoors.
The living room, kitchen, and dining room on the second floor overlook the beach and offer spectacular views of the shimmering Emerald Coast. The custom gourmet kitchen has brand new appliances and is ideal for the chefs in the family that would like to show off their skills. The entertainment area features a 55" TV and X-BOX Kinect. There is an additional bedroom on this floor with a king bed.
The third floor features the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. There are two more additional rooms with their own private bathroom on this floor, one with a king bed and one with two bunk beds (Full over Full and Twin over Twin).
