BreastWorks Point Cottages were constructed in the mid to late 1800's. and is named after the Breastwork's, a temporary, quickly constructed fortification, usually breast-high, used during the Battle of Plattsburgh .

Two (2) cottages situated on the shores of Lake Champlain offer outstanding views, lake access right out the back door, and a large private yard to enjoy large family gatherings to small group get togethers!! We are located only minutes from Resturants and Shopping AND right around the corner from the Ferry to Vermont giving our guests 2 States to explore & enjoy without travelling for hours.

NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY AND BE ADVISED THAT THE OWNER MAY BE IN CONVERSATIONS WITH SEVERAL RENTERS REQUESTING THE SAME DATES. IT IS ADVISED TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES TO SECURE YOUR LEASE IN A TIMELY MANNER TO NOT JEOPARDIZE LOSING YOUR DATES OF CHOICE. RESERVATIONS ARE GRANTED ON A FIRST-COME-FIRST SERVED BASIS. I'm sorry for taking this action but there have been broken promises and assurances from renters in the past.
•The holiday weeks of Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day all have a $500 surcharge added to the above listed rates. Long weekends may be available at $1,250 during the off peak season, but not during holiday weeks.

While we are pet friendly, there is a $150 surcharge for pets.
