Beautiful house at the sea side city of popular Sarkoy. Just bring your clothes and you will be ready to enjoy the Turkish hospitality at Rosi'home. Our house is located near the bus terminal and walking distance to beach and downtown but still quite and breeze. The view from each room and especially from terrace is breath taking. bike rentals are available. Pick up and Drop off to the closes bus terminal can be arranged. Housekeeper will be staying on near the house so you always have someone to ask questions if you need in English, German or Turkish. You can rent for a weekend, week or a month. Lots to do and many historical sites are within couple hours driving distance. Sarkoy is famous with its wineries and beach and wind surfing. The island ferries are easy access for change of scene. Family friendly vacation spot.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Tekirdag, Turkey

Cleaning $75

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $325 per week
  • Rosi's Home Rental rates:

    Mininum stay 2 nights.
    Weekend: $125 per day (up to 4 people)
    Weekday: $100 per day (up to 4 people)
    Weekly: $ 325 per week (up to 4 people)
    Monthly:$1400 per month (up to 4 people)

    Cleaning fee will be $75 per stay for upto 4 people. I will require a $250 deposit/ Deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage at the end of rental period.

    Additional guest in your party will be charged extra $25 -$50 per guest per stay depending on season.
    Breakfast and/or lunch can be provided with additional charge. All organic local produce - fresh prep. Ask us if you interested in.

    Local Bus terminal pick up and drop off can be provided with additional charge with prior request.
  • I accept PayPal payment. Full rental amount including cleaning fee and deposit should be fully paid before arrival.

  • This is a 3-story private house with garden. It can accomadate more people we prefer 6 guests at a time. Breakfast and Lunch can be provided upon request for additional fee.
