The Westbury community is ideally located just a couple minutes from Insterstate 4 for easy access to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls, and is also within easy reach of ChampionsGate Golf Resort. Orlando International Airport is just over 30 miles away. Swim and sunbathe in paradise in the private

pool and spa and deck area. The home is not directly backed by other homes, so you'll have additional privacy while you swim and relax. Citrus Ridge has everything you will need for the best family vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and all of the bedrooms will have linens and towels. The home also has a washer and dryer. You can enjoy cable television and wireless internet throughout the house during your stay.

$200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. The name on the reservation must match the name of credit cardholder. Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All major credit cards accepted. The exact billing address will be required to process all credit card payments.

- $35.00 Booking Fee
- $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. All guests will be required to electronically sign a rental agreement. Vacation home access details will not be provided without a signed rental agreement on file.
Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th. Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May 1st through September 30th).

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
