Additional information about rental rates

$200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. The name on the reservation must match the name of credit cardholder. Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All major credit cards accepted. The exact billing address will be required to process all credit card payments.
Fees And Taxes Additional fees include:

- $35.00 Booking Fee
- $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. All guests will be required to electronically sign a rental agreement. Vacation home access details will not be provided without a signed rental agreement on file.
Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th. Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May 1st through September 30th).

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Unforgettable Vacation (in a good way!)

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay in your homes. We were so grateful that you took such great care of us, and my mother in law's oxygen was there when we got in. After a long drive in, it was such a blessing not to have to worry about trying to go somewhere else and lugging home all the equipment. It was a wonderful escape from the long fun filled days of amusement parks, and we couldn't wait to come home to enjoy the pool and take out menu you left for us. Thank you for going above our greatest expectations, Everything was so easy from the initial rental to the easy checkout. All the instructions were very clear, and easy to understand. Thank you again for being such a huge part of our unforgettable vacation.
