Situated on 1.2 acres of pristine waterfront. A charming beachfront home with a large deck area for meals overlooking the wild preserve landscape and the bay. Kayak, swim and beach comb directly from the back yard. Beautiful bike rides and walks in the secluded beach community.

The home has 4 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining room that opens onto the deck, a spacious living room with a large sliding glass door onto the deck. A large sunroom has TV, and work area, two convertible couches / Queen size beds. There is an upstairs sleeping loft with sweeping views of both Gardiners bay and Peconic bay.
