This beautiful, secluded beach house is ideally situated in the Hither Hills section of Montauk. The property features a stunning, expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean, private beach access, a sweeping lawn, cable/wifi, and other amenities. The private entrance to the beach, less than a stone's through from the porch, means you will never find crowds on your beach (unheard of in the summertime in the Hamptons), even on holiday weekends. The house is just a five minute drive from town, filled with restaurants, nightlife, and shopping; from Ditch Plains, Montauk's most famous surf break, and Montauk Harbor, home of Montauk's world-famous fishing fleet. Other amenities include: private beach access, an outdoor gas grill, a driveway suitable for several cars to park, cable tv and wifi, airconditioning in all bedrooms, washer/dryer, outdoor dining area, and more!

I stayed at this property for one week, and hope to return soon!

There were no surprises, and the house is exactly as it is portrayed on the website. Everything was cleaned before I got there, and the owner was readily available for any questions I had about the property or Montauk in general.

There is plenty of space, and the decor is clean, bright and comfortable.
The private beach was great given the busy time of year (week of July 4th) - nice to have some peace and quiet away from the crowds. The beach was clean and located minutes from the house.

The location is perfect - just minutes from the downtown core - convenient for dining and shops, etc, but far enough away from the bustle that it is quiet and serene. It's right on the ocean, so you can hear the tide roll in at night. Also close by is Gurny's Inn, also good for dinner, drinks and spa.

This house was perfect for our family getaway to Montauk. Very clean, well kept, functional and ideally situated for easy trips to town or a relaxing day on the private beach. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, from linens and towels to kitchen utensils, air conditioning, cable tv, wifi, etc. Beautiful back yard which was great for the kids, and a functional grill which was great for the adults. Wonderful ocean views off the back porches - generally just a very relaxing place to hang out. The owner was proactive about making sure we were happy in the house, very gracious and accommodating. We highly recommend this place for a family getaway and will definitely come back. Thanks Luke!
