Spectacular spot in Laguna Beach. Lovely, spacious home with panoramic ocean views from every room. 180 degree view, from San Clemente Island to Catalina Island to downtown Laguna Beach to Palos Verdes. Watch light airplanes and hawks go by at eye level. 2828 square feet of luxurious yet comfortable living space.

Situated on a granite cliff in the Alta Vista section of Laguna Beach, the elevation provides a truly amazing view - yet less than a 10 minute walk down to Victoria Beach, a beautiful, secluded beach used mainly by locals. Hike back up the street to earn a soak in the jacuzzi and a sunset cocktail on the decks. Or start there!

Or cross the beach to the Montage Resort for a game of bocce ball and a picnic on the grounds. Visit the spa or award-winning restaurants at the Montage or at the base of our hill.

Enjoy vibrant downtown Laguna Beach via the free summer trolley. And don't miss naturalist Capt. Dave's Dolphin and Whale Safari, from nearby Dana Point Harbor.

First-time listing.

The master bedroom suite is on the upper level, with french doors to its own large deck. The sunken jacuzzi on the lowest deck is outside the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The main floor includes a terrific kitchen overlooking the spacious living room, deck and ocean, and the dining room is adjacent with its own fantastic view. The kitchen is fully equipped and has Dacor and Viking appliances. The house is stocked with staples, toiletries, beach toys and games.

In the summer, attend the Festival of the Arts, Pageant of the Masters, and Sawdust crafts Festival. In October, Laguna Art Museum hosts the Plein Air Invitational; you can watch artists from around the world painting about town. Laguna Playhouse, Dance Festival, and Laguna Beach Live concerts are among the many options locally. Good restaurants abound. A free trolley runs the length of Coast Highway in Laguna Beach all summer.

This home is for a relaxing, mellow vacation. Many attractions also are within easy reach, from Disneyland to the San Diego Zoo, to the Nixon Library and Museum, to Del Mar horse racing. Perfect for romance and couples or families with older children traveling together. Not for young children or frail adults. Steep drops from the decks, stairs to 3 levels, and a sunken deck jacuzzi. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and the street dead-ends on the canyon - no parties. There is a two-car garage; on-street parking is limited.

Elegant Living at 2611 Nido Way

Spectacular! I call it my own personal resort every time that I am able to escape to Laguna Beach! It is always immaculate - a joy to walk into!

This is elegant and “homey” living in luxury. Three decks provide 180 degree views of the ocean with spectacular sunsets and peaceful water viewing. The lower deck has a hot tub with amazing views of the night sky.

Every room provides incredible comfort! There are two great options for a home office on the bottom floor (double as guest/bedrooms). The middle floor offers a formal dining room and living room with a comfortable “view” sofa and hard wood floors - plus a deck exit for grilling and dining outside.

The top floor is my favorite – huge master bedroom with a table overlooking the ocean for your iPad. The deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. TV room adjoins.

You will not be disappointed if you choose 2611 Nido Way as your vacation getaway. Laguna Beach has a great variety of restaurants and entertainment. Nido Way is more than perfect as a long-term rental. The owners are very special people who keep it in pristine condition.
