Each Bedroom Suite has a King Size Bed, Full Bath, Walk In Closet, Flat Screen TV (with Cable TV) and Ceiling Fan. House has Central Air Conditioning and Central Vacuum. Parking privileges at Montauk's premier ocean beaches of Hither Hills. House faces Northwest and Southeast Enjoy Sun in Morning and Afternoon. Imagine Lounging on Front Deck under 2 Umbrellas or Barbecuing on Back Deck under Awning. Great Room and Both Bedrooms have Glass Sliding Doors leading to Back Deck. Internet access included. Rentals begin Sunday 5:00 PM and ends Sunday 12:00 PM
Security Deposit: $1000 for 1 week stay; $2000 for Monthly stay; $3000 for Seasonal stay.

Small Pets are $100 each for weekly rental or for each monthly rental; $200 for seasonal rental.

Cleaning fee is $150 or $250 deoending on length of stay.

Signed Lease and 50% of Rent is required to reserve this property. Non Refundable. Security Deposit(s) and Balance of Rent is required 45 days prior to arrival. Personal Check is accepted if received 15 working days prior to arrival, otherwise bank check is required.

House will be given to Tenant in pristine condition. It is expected to be returned in the same condition.

Rates include all utilities except garbage pickup. Garbage can be taken to village recycling center (1/2 mile away) for a small fee or pickup can be on a scheduled basis at additional charge. Please advise.
