Gulf Shores/Gulf of Mexico/Fort Morgan Road Alabama This is no condominium! It is a secluded beach cottage located approximately 150 yards from the western edge of the Bon Secour National Wildlife refuge. The cottage has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a fold-out sofa sleeper that sleeps two people. The second bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a fold-out sofa sleeper that sleeps two people. Close to historic Fort Morgan ('Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!' Admiral Farragut); take the ferry to Dauphin Island and Fort Gaines; great fishing in the Gulf of Mexico with a full service marina just a few miles away.

    All Rentals Have A $55 cleanup charge, a $100.00 deposit and require a minimum three day rental.

    Weekly rentals generally run from one Saturday until the following Saturday unless special arrangements are made to the contrary. This is intended to allow for travel, cleanup and a convenient turnover in occupancy.

    High Season: Memorial Day Week, June through Labor Day and AEA/Spring Break - $1,150.00 per week or $170 per night plus the cleaning fee of $55.00 and the deposit.

    Middle Season: September - November and March & May = $950.00 per week or $160 per night plus the cleaning fee of $55.00 and the deposit.

    Winter Season: December - February $525.00 per week or $120.00 per night plus the cleaning fee of $55.00 and the deposit.

    This cottage is only available for January for a monthly rental. The price is $1,500.00 plus the cleaniing fee of $100.00 and the deposit.

Notes: This cottage is very private & cozy! Walk onto the front deck & see the beautiful white pristine beaches & the Gulf of Mexico about 200 yards from your front door. Ft. Morgan area is very 'protected' because Bon Secour is the National Wildlife Refuge located (literally) right by the house. There are walking & biking trails within walking distance of the home. This area is beautiful & free from high rise hotels & other 'city' life that creates noise & light pollution. See the beautiful stars at night because it's so dark.. also see the dolphins jumping in the morning because it's a common occurrence at your front door. This cottage has many return renters. Amenities: Welcome - just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush! All sheets, towels and pillows are provided. We have installed a purifying water filter, and we continue to improve its amenities. There is a washer and dryer and storage closet downstairs and a new deck for enjoying the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! We also have cable television with approximately 45 channels (and growing), VCR, wireless internet, new stereo system with dual cassette and CD capabilities. Located close to the Tanger Outlet in Foley, AL, Waterville, the Zoo, numerous approved golf courses, and transportation to the casinos of Mississippi and Louisiana.

Other Activities: Several golf courses nearby, Bon Secour national wildlife refuge located .3 miles

This was just what we needed the house had everything you would need. Best of all the great view and wonderfull beach. The beds were comfortable and cable selection was great. The home was very clean and neat.
The location was good for long walks and best of all it was pet friendly. For us it was the relaxing time we needed.

Pair-o-Dice was just what we needed. We loved being right on the beach, but yet away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores. Cottage was very accomodating. Our dogs loved their first trip to the gulf!

Just returned from Gulf Shores, stayed at Pair-o-Dice June 20-25, 2009. We loved it! The cottage was clean and cozy, and came equipped with everything we needed. It was a lot closer to the beach than we thought it would be.
Loved the view from the deck...enjoyed watching the dolphins, pelicans and seagulls. The beach was clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend staying at the Pair-o-Dice!

Great little getaway for the money!

This is a great little getaway for a small family. The house was situated within a short walk to the beach, great beach views from the upper deck. We had a large group, which we felt a little cramped, but that was our fault. The house is nice, could have used one more bathroom, even for a small family, but we made it work. The amenities were good, nice having that outdoor shower. The washer and dryer was a plus! Kids loved the little tire swing on the bottom deck. Better bring your own grill utensils, for we could not find any. Plenty of towels, not enough toilet paper, but store close by so no biggie. We had a great time and appreciated the care given to us! We defiantly will be back.

We arrived and was pleasantly surprised on how close we were to the ocean. The Cottage was clean and well stocked. The shopping and availablity of the restaurants made the week go fast. I told everyone when we got home what a great time we had. I would like to go back closer to the summer, so that I could really experience the ocean. The property manager was very nice and helpful.
