Soaring 2200 feet above Malibu atop a mountain ridge sits this 2850 square foot contemporary home with 3br 3 bath + office, with jaw-dropping ocean, island, mountain and city light views. Great vacation home for families with plenty of room, including office for working remotely.

There are two large entertainer’s decks with expansive ocean views including Catalina and Santa Barbara islands. The deck off the kitchen has a dining table and large outdoor gas grill. Master bedroom has king bed, plasma TV, deck with ocean view, walk-in closet, and huge soaking tub in the newly remodeled master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ocean view deck, while the third bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle. Sleeps 7 total. Gourmet kitchen with all amenities, including wine chiller.

In a gated private community with miles of world-class hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. Telescope for viewing stars; surfboard; mountain bikes. BMW touring motorcycle available for small additional charge + security if you have a motorcycle license. Just 15 minutes from Malibu beaches, restaurants and shops, 25 minutes from Santa Monica.

AWAY FROM IT ALL! BEAUTIFUL!

We drove in from Iowa, a bunch of weary travelers for a family wedding. We could not have been more excited to see this beautiful home! Joel, the owner was very nice and hospitable. He even offered to get us groceries before we came. What a guy!!! This home is just breathtaking! Imagine waking up in the morning to a view of the ocean that goes on forever! Amazing! The scenic road to get to the house is almost just as amazing. We stayed 3 days and I could have stayed forever! The home is so warm and inviting. It is located in a gated community so that adds a nice secure feeling also. I GUARANTEE you will NOT be disappointed if you chose to stay here!!
