Gulf Shores/Gulf of Mexico/Fort Morgan Road Alabama Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! The Bon Secour National Wildlife refuge is just to the east of us and runs about six miles down the beach for a pristine beach experience. Close to historic Fort Morgan ('Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!,' said Admiral Farragut). Take the ferry to Dauphin Island and Fort Gaines. Great fishing in the Gulf of Mexico with a full service marina just a few miles away. This ain't no condo.

  • $1150-1300/Week
  • All rentals have a $75 cleanup charge and require a minimum three day rental. Remember we only rent Saturday to Saturday in every season other than the winter to allow maximum enjoyment of the place by others and to allow for cleanup and travel time home. Rentals asking for a Sunday date effectively compromises this policy and may prevent another tenant from enjoying their intended full week! Thanks for your understanding.

    $100 Discount (weekly rentals only) to previous weekly guests!!!

PETS ARE WELCOME: NO SMOKING INSIDE (there are 2 'smoking oasis' on the deck and below. Everything Provided Except Your Toothbrush and Bathing suit 3BR 2 Bath... Amenities: Full compliment of beach amenities, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Direct TV on the 3 TV's, DVD on a 32 inch 'flat screeen' LCD TV in the living room area,VCR , 360 degree deck upstairs overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! No telephone for general use---there is an interior phone for emergency dialing of '911' There is a PC computer with unlimited internet broadband access, printer, and work desk/chair.

Close to the outlet mall formerly known as the Riviera Centre now the Tanger Outlet Mall (l50+ outlets for shopping), numerous first-class golf courses, and transportation to the casinos of Mississippi and Louisiana. Check out the Cirque de Soleil at the Beau Rivage Casino, and the other casinos in the Biloxi, Mississippi area, New Orleans is only 3 hours away--need I say more? Activities: Golfing is everywhere...Kiva Dunes and Peninsula Pines are 2 and 5 miles, respectively, from you. There are another 10 courses within a 15-30 minute drive! Fishing is excellent!!: Try the pier at Fort Morgan.

Charter a boat at Fort Morgan Marina and fish Mobile Bay and the many oil rigs all around the bay and out in the Gulf of Mexico (the redfish and speckled trout are plentiful and great eating! So are the red snapper, triggerfish, flounder, and everything else!) There are many charter services operating out of the various marinas in the Gulf Shores area: Captain Bill Hinz with the charter boat 'Wild Orange' is one of my favorites, and Zeke's Marina, Orange Beach Marina, Sportsman's Marina.. just to name a few...I have their telephone numbers and several website addresses if you are interested. Surfcasting usually finds pompano, whiting and occasional juvenile redfish. Lulu's is located about 15 miles from the house, its such a fun place to eat, drink, & be merry!

Great Vacation

I just spent 9/5-9/12/09 at this property. The owner is a joy to work with and the fact that this place is pet friendly takes away the stress of worrying about leaving your 4-legged kids at home. This house is close to Gulf Shores and close to several good restaurants. We only went out to eat for two meals and that was on days that it was raining. The kitchen in this house has everything you need. The bedrooms are nice size. The living/dining area was very comfy. The owner has put alot into this place and it makes for a wonderful vacation home for all to enjoy. This house has a great view of the beach and it's private. I am looking forward to making this a yearly vacation.

Best Week Ever

This was the best trip to the gulf. My family and I had the best time ever. Can't wait until next year to vacation again. Thank you steve for having us in your home. Memories were created that will never be forgotten. What a wonderful getaway. The property was as described, and the owner was very easy to deal with. We will be back next year.

My wife, small dog, and I have rented this house during the last two years, one week each year. We consider this the best place out of the dozen or more that we've rented on the Alabama coast through the years. It has everything to make for comfortable living, and more: Very clean, well equipped kitchen, TV's (Directv) in all bedrooms plus large flat screen in living room, comfortable beds, a computer, even a double hammock beneath the house where the cool breezes never stop. This owner has gone far beyond the bare necessities to make this an enjoyable place. And you deal with him directly rather than with an agent! The wide, sugar-sand beach here is never crowded!.

My husband, myself, and our pups had such a wonderful stay at Pair-O-Dice, Too! The house is very clean and has a great "Jimmy Buffet" feel and an awesome wrap around deck with a picture perfect view of the beach! It's located on a great section of beach that isn't crowed with people. The house is conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants like LuLu's, Tanger Outlet, & Waterville. We had such a fabulous time and will definitely be going back next year! The owner of the home was such a pleasure to work with and made sure we had everything we needed!

Best Week Ever

That's the only way I can express my experience at this house. It is everything in the description and more. My grandbabies cried. I was sad,but so grateful for this blessing of being together with my family.Our last night we
all wore white tees and khanki shorts.We all went down
to the beach at sunset. Another family graciously offered to assist and we got some great shots of our whole family. Steve mailed the keys 2 weeks early, included
detailed map to the house and schedule for maintaining the house(garbage pick up, etc). The house was Spotless! All you need is sunscreen, spray for the jelli fish bites, flip flops and your swim suit.
