'Vacation for a Fun Time, Memories for a Lifetime'. You have found the place. Beautiful unobstructed views from the balcony of this fantastic condo. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico you can hear the waves both day and night! 'The Enclave' is one of the areas newer condos and this 2nd floor condo has 9' ceilings, crown mold and is beautifully decorated in beach/sea shell motif. Spacious, ceramic tiled and carpeted throughout. Nicely designed kitchen, with bar stools and everything you need including wet bar. The condo is spacious with appx 1600 square feet and features 2 master suites. This condo is nicely decorated, but I have kept it liveable. Relax and Enjoy. The doors are wide making easy access for handicapped. Enclave is a non smoking unit. Get Free Rental Guarantee, email for details! Newly decorated for the spring 2009. The Enclave is located in Orange Beach, AL, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Very conveniently across the street from a shopping center with 2 chain grocery stores, drug store, several specialty shops and restaurants. Within 1 mile of Marinas for boat launching and sight seeing trips and deep sea fishing. Several very nice restaurants are within 2 miles of the condo. Seven golf courses and 4 water parks are located with in 1 to 10 miles.

  • Bathroom 1 is large and very, very nice. It features a jetted tub, seperate shower and double vanity. Bathroom 2 is very nice. It has toilet, tub w shower, single vanity. This bath is larger than most master baths. Bathroom 3 has a toilet, nice large shower and single vanity. This is also the common bath opening to the hallway. The door is 30 inches wide and by some standards may be considered handicapped accessible. All baths as well as the entrance hall and kitchen has ceramic tile flooring.

  • Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a Gulf View and opens onto the balcony. The sound of waves breaking are very enjoyable and sleep inducing. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and 1 twin bed could be considered a 2nd master suite. Very quiet and nicely decorated. Bedroom 3 has 2 extra long twins that together make a king and 1 twin bed. The extra long twins are made as a king. They have twin sheets on the bottom and a king sheet on top. To use as twins, bring 2 twin or double flat sheets. The Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Three bedrooms, three large bathrooms. Two master bedrooms - Master Bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. The queen bedroom has a full bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom has the shared full bath with a large shower. Linens are included. One king-size bed, one queen size, one twin, 2 full beds and a sofa sleeper. Free computer with wireless wifi. Telephone has voice mail and free long distance to lower 48. The unit has a full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 4 TV's, 1 DVD and 4 VCR's.

'The Enclave' has an indoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, and a tennis court. There are 11 championship golf courses designed by legends like Arnold Palmer. Orange Beach is home to one of the largest fishing fleets on the Gulf of Mexico and offers over 100 charter fishing boats. 'The Enclave' is located across the street from Orange Beach's largest shopping center. It is only a short distance to the areas best restaurants and amusement parks.

This rental was fantastic!! Easy to get to. Very nice people to deal with.
The condo was better than expected. Clean, Roomy, and Comfortable.
Will rent again! The Owner is a very nice person to deal with. He does everything he says he will and in a very timely manner. ( which is very hard to find these days).

Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!
