Our farmhouse is situated at an altitude v an 850meter, in the most southern part of the famous' Parc National des Vulcans', one of the most desirable areas of the Auvergne province.
The farmhouse was built in 1890, but is totally renovated to today's standard and is provided with all modern conveniences.
It has a living area of 120 m2, a large farmers barn, garage and carport for 2 cars.
The house offers you a spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated lounge area with an antique fireplace, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, a twin-room with two beds and a triple room with 3 beds and extra baby bed, shower and sink,
The rooms are generously furnished and the beds are American size (90x200) The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
The house has floor heating.
In the large garden of 2000 m2 you find a very spacious terrace facing south. There are comfortable chairs, a sandbox, 3 strong swings, sun umbrellas and a barbecue. There is a typical French 'Petanque court' and `Solar 'outdoor shower.
In the garage are 4 professional bikes and a children's bike at your free disposal.
In the house you will also find a TV, stereo system, CD player, free internet and WiFi.
Sunbeds and towels, as well as bathroom towels and bed linen are provided.
