Upon entering the property we were awed by the beauty - even better than we had expected from the photos online. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated, the layout of the property was perfect, we had the space to relax and enjoy time together and room to enjoy a few moments of alone time as well. Just an amazing space.

A perfect Gem !!

Rich and Mary have a great place basically right in down town Melbourne. Beautiful end unit condo that felt like home on arrival! Location was perfect, as was the lay out and everything was there that we needed. Great parking, hi speed wifi, TV, even a perfect little baby toy for out new adopted son! (very thoughtful people!) Back small porch was perfect and private for afternoon drinks and R&R. Rich and Mary were easy to talk with and great to deal with. Lovely and convenient and private!

The condo is beautiful inside and out and clean and well-maintained. A lovely place to relax and enjoy life. (I must admit I couldn't quite believe the condo would be as lovely as the pictures indicated, but it was!) Every day I got up and strolled down to Crane Creek and then to the Indian River, saw the pelicans and dolphins and folks fishing and then came back down New Haven, looking at the shops and pondering baked goods and coffee. One evening I enjoyed a show at the Henegar Theater, right next door. I stayed a month and will happily anticipate doing so again in the future. Rich and Mary were quickly responsive to all my needs and kind, too. They also provided information about local attractions.

Beautiful Condo!

This is a beautiful condo within walking distance to many quaint and interesting shops in historic downtown Melbourne. The owners are lovely and gracious, making us feel as if we were staying with friends. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and I loved being able to find my Cuban coffee just a few short blocks away at El Ambia Cubano! It's also just a short drive to the beach and many other fun things to do. We'll definitely recommend to friends and family and keep this one on our personal list of places to stay!

The condo was excellent -- tastefully decorated, comfortable, conveniently located, and had everything we needed. The owners are very nice, and quite responsive. There's no pool, but the beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Melbourne is a great little town -- and the place was exactly what we needed. I'd definitely stay here again!
