Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 5-6)

Entering Chautauqua Estates is the ultimate in gated communities. Pristine grounds surround the golf course, tennis courts and pool which are all located a short walk. You will need to bring nothing extra to this luxury condo as everything is provided! 10 min from Chautauqua Institute, Walk to golf course and 2 miles from Mayville, groceries, shops, and banks.

Parking for our condo is only steps from the front door. Two designated spots are at your convenience when you walk into the first floor of this two-floor spacious summer home. The two levels is a luxury allowing enough room to enjoy immense privacy among family members. The floor to ceiling wall to wall windows add to the breathtaking views while the private master bath adds to the elegance and desirability. While you are relaxing after a busy day you can enjoy the private balcony with your beverage of choice watching the sunset over the shimmering water.

Whether a family or couples, the area offers shopping, cultural events at the Institute, festivals and eating establishments galore. From the special dining experience to the casual eating on the water, they are only a few short minutes away. In the condo we have all of the current brochures of activities around the lake for you to enjoy on your stay.
