Wide open spaces for pets and people!

Enjoy the beach and downtown fun from the privacy of this unique 2 bedroom 2 bath home, just 3 blocks from Atlantic Ave and 8 blocks from the beach.

Lush native plantings, open floor plan living area, gracious courtyard and back porch make this a wonderful space for entertaining and relaxing.

A casual and creative home where all are welcome.

Rent bikes nearby for the perfect way to do the town.

Plenty of room in the driveway for trailered boat or multiple cars.

Single car garage also available.

Pets will have room to romp in the huge fenced back yard, and can make new friends at our famous dog park just 7 minutes drive away.

Everything will be provided to ensure a comfortable and memorable vacation in Delray Beach.
About Helen

Living in Delray nearly 20 years, I'm an artist and sailor from the Northeast who also stays on Cape Cod.

I look forward to sharing the fun-filled town of Delray, and this special house, with you.

Why Helen chose Delray Beach

I fell in love with this house immediately, and so do many others.

Built in 1960 and renovated in 2006, it has original pine ceilings and terrazzo floors in the old section, and a modern loft-style concrete floor and wood ceilings in the new part. The entry courtyard sets a relaxed mediterranean mood. High ceilings and garden views from every window allow plenty of breathing room and privacy. I love the abundance of nature on the property as a contrast to the bustling activity downtown.
