We are Renovating the house this winter. We will be adding a pool, theater with 80in TV, 2 bedroom cottage, wet bar, laundry room, and all new interiors. We are only renting the last week of July and first two weeks of August for 20,000 a week. All of the interiors will be along the lines of Nautical, chic, and modern. Walls and furniture will be shades of grey, white, and blue.
This house is situated at 43 Boulevarde, and Surfside Beach is a five minute walk. Built in 2008, custom designed house with lots of extras to make it a great vacation rental. Amazing mohagany floors throughout and stone tiled surfaces in the every bathroom. Private balconies off the master and guest suites and multiple entertaining spaces in and outside. The house has central A/C but opening the windows at night and listening to the ocean is really much nicer.
Main Room: Custom Chef's Kitchen with Wolf six burner stove, Subzero fridge with drawer freezer (another second Subzero fridge in lower level), thick marble counter tops, beverage fridge, Miele dishwasher, and very large stainless steel farmers sink (Franke). Dining area seats eight and four at the island.
The first floor has one bedroom with twin beds, and a full bath with walk-in marble rain head shower (not attached to bedroom).
Also on the first floor is a TV/Media room with new leather sectional couch, Sharp flat screen TV, lots of books for all ages (NYT Bestsellers), some DVD's, and wireless internet
MASTER SUITE: Flat screen TV with DVD player, a private balcony, California King sized pillow top bed bed, and walk-in closet. Attached bathroom with walk-in frameless glass shower all Ming green marble, heated tile floor, rain-head shower, and 2 pedestal sinks.
GUEST SUITE: Private balcony, California king sized pillow top bed, attached private bathroom with marble heated floors, Rainhead shower and LARGE/Deep Kholer soaking tub, one pedestal sink, and a closet.
A VERY nice open space with the entire floor tiled in limestone . A full bathroom with pedestal sink, frameless glass shower and limestone surfaces.
TV ROOM: Flatscreen TV with DVD's for rainy days, books, and board games. The basement walks out to a brick patio with stone walls surrounded by private perennial garden.
The BIG Bedroom in the Lower Level has a full sized bed and 2 twins sleeping 4 total...the bedroom has 2 full sized windows allowing for lots of light especially in the mornings.
The LOWER LEVEL also has the laundry area with Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer is located in the lower Level and a second full sized Subzero (no freezer).
Outdoor shower to encourage everyone to wash off sandy feet and rinse off the ocean.
This house is ideal for Surfside lovers. A close walk to Nobadeer, fisherman's beaches (both also called surfside beach). Bring your bikes and ride town or the grocery, down the safe bike paths.
This house is Ideal for two families... also great for a family and a couple...or a family that wants to have visitors and entertain guests. Evenings of BBQing and enjoy the summer while watching the kids play on the play set.
We do have a gas grill with a charcoal grill on back up in case something happens to the gas grill, parts can be hard to come by on the island... outdoor seating for 8 on the deck and a couple chaises for lounging.
BEACH TOWELS, SOME BEACH CHAIRS (hard to predict how many at any given time but we try to keep 6 in working good use)

5 minute walk to what I think is the best beach on Nantucket and a five minute drive to the grocery store. If you are on vacation this is the most ideal area to rent a house or live. I love the property because it everything I could ever want in a house and location on Nantucket. The house fits 10 comfortably. This house is not going to be on the market . We will not be selling it any time soon. It is really a great place and their are very few homes like it on the island that are for rent. We have anticipated needs and I have hired the best cleaners on the island. I have never had a complaint and if I did it would be taken care of very quickly.I want you to have a great vacation and relax. That is what Nantucket is all about!
If you were to compare this home with any other vacation rental in the entire Surfside area. Ours would be in the top three. I say this because it is NEW with all the BEST appliances and finishes along with a landscaped yard. We are very very attentive to your needs. I live with my iphone on me so if you have any questions I get back to you ASAP. The location is fantastic and I love it there. Also being able to have 3 living room areas is really nice so that people can stiff have quiet space.
We had an amazing stay at your house. The weather was great it rained one day but the house had plenty of space for our two families. We were glad that we rented the house. Thank you Aaron and Mai for answering our questions so quickly hopefully we can get back to the island in 2012. Cheers!

If your pet is approved (with island references) the security deposit would be 2800. Extra cleaning beyond what is covered is billed to the tenant and would be notified as soon as we get the bill from the cleaner which is 35.00 per cleaning hour.
We usually do 2 payments. One half when you book and one 1.5 months before you arrive. Both payments are done by direct deposit or check. No one is officially booked till I have both the first payment and signed contract. The security is also split between both of the payments and returned 2 weeks after leaving the house.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
