Lovely Park Slope Apartment

My husband and I were traveling to Brooklyn to visit our daughter. It was shortly after hurricane Sandy and we had some concerns about gasoline availability in the New York area as well overall damage to homes. Cecilia gave us a link for information and reassured us that the neighborhood had not been flooded. We were delighted with the apartment. There was plenty of space for two people, and, although we did not spend much time in the apartment, it exceeded our expectations in the area of cleanliness. Perhaps that is the most important element for me, and the fact that it had just been renovated made it that much more pristine. There is a lovely enclosed garden in the back, which would be enjoyable in the warmer months.The neighborhood is convenient. We had a car so we did not take public transportation. We did a lot of walking, and found good restaurants and interesting small shops in the area. Cecilia is a warm and attentive host. We would definitely stay there again!
