We're only steps from Espanola Way, Lincoln Rd, Ocean Drive and only 2 short blocks to the beach and 3 to the Convention Center. Located on 15th Street just west of Washington Avenue... you won't find a better spot in South Beach!

Our 'Shelborne' studio features a KING size bed with memory foam mattress, single sleeper ottoman, dining area, full kitchen with 4 appliances, marble shower, air conditioning, Wifi, flat screen TV and Bose iPod music player.

Absolutely Loved it!!!

We are three girls in our mid twenties, we stayed at this apartment for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. It's right around the corner from Espanola way, 3 blocks away from the beach and CVS/Walgreens. There is a liquor store and a food market right across the road as well as a DECOBIKE for bike rental stand.
(Unless you want to be awake 24/7, you shouldn't stay right on the beach due to the loud music playing until 5 AM).
This apartment is really cute and most importantly CLEAN! The kitchen is fully equipped. The owners who were easy to work with provided us with beach towels in addition to the regular towels.
I would highly recommend this to my friends. It really is the perfect location in south beach! and of course we loved the pool!
When you're there, make sure you check out the bakery under the building CIAO BELLA. Also, for cheap eats, I would recommend LA SANDWICHERIE a few blocks away on Collins ave.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
