4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (sleeps 11) Only a few steps to the ocean

2 story 19th ave condo with great beach, ocean and boardwalk views. Practically oceanfront! Park your car in the garage - the beach, boards and amusements are just steps away!

Features fully equipped, upscale kitchen. The grand room is divided into a living area and dining area with a table that seats 10 and 4 barstools at the island. Room also has a desk for your computer, games/puzzles, etc.

Four spacious bedrooms sleep 11. Master bedroom includes queen bed, bath with double sink, large closet, large dresser with mirror and TV with DVD player. Second queen bedroom also includes large closet, dresser with mirror and TV with DVD. Third bedroom has bunk with single over double beds and single trundle bed under. Full laundry room is on main floor.

Lower level suite sleeps 3 and is wheelchair accessible through garage and connects to upper level through a spiral staircase. Double bed Included with single bed sleeper sofa with full bath and shower, TV with DVD and dresser.

Parking for 2 cars - one in garage and another in driveway - plus a parking meter pass for a 3rd vehicle. Beach chairs, toys and 3 bicycles are included for your enjoyment. Our home is at the end of a calm avenue (closest to beach) where you feel safe and secure. No crossing the street to get to the beach here! The balcony view is great!

We just could't believe the 19th avenue location. Close enough to all the action on the boardwalk but with little noise on this street that ends at the boardwalk. No street to cross to get to the beach or boards.

What makes this condo unique

Great building with good neighbors, sit on the deck and watch the people or the waves. Take the bikes out or stroll on the upper or lower boardwalk if you need a change of pace from spending time on the perfect size beach. Ocean is just a few steps away Lifeguards right out front

Thank you for a great long weekend rental over Labor Day. We have rented many vacation homes and this home is by far our new favorite in WW. It is a luxury condo rental...has everything you could possibly need..all the little touches that make it feel like home. So cozy and comfy with upgraded everything! Location to the beach and boardwalk is great, easy walk back for lunch, breaks! We will definately stay here again :)
