Every effort has been made to create an environment in which to relax and enjoy the surrounding 15 acres of nature and peacefulness. The house has three bedrooms and two full baths. An open floor plan between the kitchen, dining room and living room make entertaining easy and enjoyable. A TV room upstairs allows for the separation of conversation and entertaining downstairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook any gourmet feast.The wrap around deck features spectacular views in every direction, a new Weber gas grill, and an outdoor table are there for an incredible candle-lit evening to dine alfresco.
The upstairs bathroom includes an extra large, beautifully stone-tiled shower, with premium fixtures and an overhead skylight for a truly luxurious experience. The downstairs bathroom has a deep claw-foot tub for a nice long soothing soak. Full size beds come with European down feather beds for extra comfort to ensure a good night's rest. Queen is a Posturpedic pillow top.
The 15 acre property includes natural meadows and woods with extra wide walking paths that meander throughout the property allowing for a leisurely evening stroll or a great place for kids to play hide-n-seek or chase for hours on end. In addition, there is a regulation size croquet field great for any outdoors games, including a natural stone patio and plenty of Adirondack chairs for lounging and relaxing. The grounds have been professionally landscaped and are maintained to provide a natural habitat for native plants and wildlife. The setting is very private, extremely quiet and located on a dead-end road. The few neighboring houses can not to be seen.

Pakatakan Farmer’s Market: Otherwise known as The Round Barn Farmer’s Market, mid-May to mid-October. Opens at 9am, go early for the best selection of great organic produce, Bread Alone breads, organic meats and cheeses, etc., plus many handmade crafts.
HANAH Mountain Resort & Country Club: Golf Digest gave the Hanah golf course a three and half star rating and nicknamed it “The Terminator” due to the many water hazards and is ranked among the top 17 of over 700 golf courses in the Northeast. The clubhouse has a 200-seat fine dining restaurant overlooking the course with views of the mountains.
