This 3 bedroom, 4.5 bath home on a 10 acre avocado ranch is newly remodeled and is very private and serene. The home centers around an expansive pool terrace that invites year-round enjoyment. Inside, the Great Room is a grand space with commanding truss-beam ceilings. Sunshine fills the rooms of this south-facing home through an abundance of windows.
As you enjoy the panoramic views that stretch from Santa Barbara to Ventura, you will often see red-tailed hawks as they glide through the skies overlooking the valley below.
The Living Room has a large sofa and is centered around the massive stone fireplace. A second seating area with leather chairs is a great spot for reading or quiet game of backgammon. The full bar nearby is equipped with a sink and under-counter refrigerator.

The West Bedroom Suite with queen-size bed offers ocean and garden views. The North Bedroom Suite also has a queen-size bed. Guests will enjoy mountain and garden views in this comfortable room. Each of these Suites has a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Two outdoor Living Rooms have been created; one poolside with a retractable awning, and another with a couch surrounded by glass panels which create a cozy niche near the house. Venture down the hill to explore the quaint ocean-side town of Carpinteria. Linden Avenue is lined with fantastic boutiques and restaurants.
